Payment Terms

1. Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer through our secure Stripe payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major card networks.

2. Deposit Payments

A minimum deposit of 25% of the total package price is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the travel date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.

3. Full Payment

For bookings made within 30 days of the travel date, full payment is required at the time of booking. No partial payments or deposits will be accepted for last-minute bookings.

4. Currency

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Payments in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.

5. Price Guarantee

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, the quoted price is guaranteed. However, prices are subject to change without notice for unconfirmed bookings. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings.

Refund Policy

2. Cancellation by Prime Dragon Travel

If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government advisories, minimum group size not met), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to an alternative date at no extra cost.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. A processing fee of AED 50 may apply to all refund transactions. Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Visa processing fees (once application is submitted)
  • Travel insurance premiums
  • Airline tickets (subject to airline policy)
  • Special event tickets and experiences
  • Peak season and holiday surcharges

5. Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Name changes are permitted up to 14 days before travel with a modification fee of AED 100. Destination changes are treated as a cancellation and new booking.

Important Notice

By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these payment terms and refund policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the travel date. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
